This doesn’t include events such as the death of Liddle Towers were police culpability was never established, and doesn’t include deaths by security services in the Northern Ireland conflict. If we add those all in we get to just under 500.

The Counted Project records all deaths by Law Enforcement Officers in the US. The most recent years they have data show over 1000 deaths per year. Since Trump came to power numbers are harder to come by, but conservatively rougly 950-1000 Americans are killed every year by Police.
The US has 28.5 deaths per 10m population, the UK 0.5.
